About The Position
Animal Health Care Associates is seeking enthusiastic DVM students for externships. This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience in a supportive, well-established veterinary practice known for its advanced medicine and compassionate care. The externship will provide hands-on experience, particularly in surgery, and foster strong client relationships. The practice primarily serves dogs and cats, with occasional opportunities to see equine and other large animal patients. Doctors are encouraged to practice to the fullest extent of their training, performing a wide range of procedures in-house.
Requirements
- Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
- Compassionate, Team Player and Strong Communicator
- Veterinary students looking to enhance their education through real world experiences
