About The Position
Riverdale Park Animal Hospital is seeking compassionate, team-oriented, and communicative veterinary students for a DVM Student Externship. This program offers a unique opportunity to enhance your education through real-world experiences in a practice that prioritizes personalized, fear-free care, comfort, wellness, and clear communication. The hospital is equipped with advanced medical services including three exam rooms, a surgical suite, in-house laboratory, feline housing, and outdoor kennels. Externs will have access to IDEXX diagnostics, SignalPET for radiology support, mobile ultrasound specialists, an orthopedic surgical specialist, and Fear Free-certified feline handling protocols.
Requirements
- Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
