About The Position
Riverdale Park Animal Hospital is seeking compassionate, team-oriented, and communicative veterinary students from 1st through 4th year to enhance their education through real-world experiences. The hospital emphasizes treating every pet like family, providing personalized, fear-free care with a focus on comfort, wellness, and clear communication. They are proud to be ASL-friendly and offer support in English and Spanish. The hospital is equipped with three exam rooms, a surgical suite, treatment area, in-house laboratory, feline housing, and outdoor kennels. Advanced services include IDEXX diagnostics, SignalPET radiology support, mobile ultrasound specialists, and an orthopedic surgical specialist. Fear Free-certified feline handling protocols are utilized by the staff.
Requirements
- Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
