About The Position
Animal Health Care Associates is seeking enthusiastic DVM students for externships. This is an opportunity to gain real-world experience in a well-established veterinary practice known for its collaborative, supportive environment and advanced medicine. The externship focuses on providing exceptional veterinary care, fostering strong client relationships, and learning from an experienced team. The practice primarily serves dogs and cats but offers exposure to occasional equine and large animal patients for students with mixed-animal interests. Doctors are encouraged to practice to the fullest extent of their training, performing a wide range of surgical and medical procedures in-house.
Requirements
- Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
- Compassionate, Team Player and Strong Communicator.
- Veterinary students looking to enhance their education through real world experiences.
