Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients regarding complex logistics, supply chain inquiries, and delivery status updates.
• Coordinate with internal dispatch teams to resolve delivery discrepancies and ensure adherence to shipping timelines.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy within supply chain management systems to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
• Proactively troubleshoot potential delivery delays, providing real-time solutions to maintain customer satisfaction in the logistics sector.
• Collaborate with international warehouse partners to optimize delivery routes and supply chain efficiency for the Benelux region.
• Monitor and report on key delivery performance indicators, ensuring all logistics operations meet our premium service standards.
• Utilize your native-level language skills to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
