About The Position

Atlean World is recruiting a Dutch Fashion Support Agent for a role based in Portugal. The position involves supporting customers of a global fashion brand through phone, chat, and/or email, resolving issues and creating positive customer experiences. The agent follows the brand’s guidelines and quality standards, records customer interactions in relevant systems, and works with teammates to improve service. Shift availability and relocation to Portugal are required. The role offers a renewable fixed-term contract and includes a relocation package.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch.
• Good English; B2+ English level.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Problem-solving, can-do mindset.
• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools.
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work in shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean criminal record.
• Availability to relocate to Portugal (Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal, or Covilhã).
• Must be a resident of a country within the European Union.
• CV must be sent in English.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions by phone, chat, and/or email in a friendly, solution-focused manner.
• Resolve problems and create positive experiences for customers.
• Follow the brand’s guidelines and quality standards during every interaction.
• Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems.
• Work closely with the team to improve service.
