About The Position

The Durarome Sift Operator performs routine manufacturing procedures by following written work instructions and operating production equipment. The role maintains documentation of manufacturing processes to meet organizational and regulatory standards and keeps manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials clean. The operator performs plant sifting operations to meet quality and quantity objectives while maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot, anticipate, and correct problems associated with plant operations.
• Knowledge of computers, office applications, and accounting software.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform plant sifting operations to meet company operating objectives for quality and quantity while maintaining a safe environment.
• Read batch cards, work orders, recipes, or formulas and operate sifting equipment according to specifications.
• Draw product samples for laboratory analysis as needed.
• Monitor malfunction alarms, shut down equipment, and notify supervisors when necessary.
• Record production information and data, including processing steps, product characteristics, and batches processed.
• Maintain documentation of manufacturing processes in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Maintain clean manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials.
