About The Position

The Durarome Centrifuge Operator performs routine procedures according to written work instructions to complete manufacturing processes. The role operates production equipment, maintains documentation to comply with organizational and regulatory standards, and keeps manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials clean. The operator is responsible for plant centrifuge and rotary drying operations, supporting product quality and output while maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot, anticipate, and correct problems associated with plant operations.
• Knowledge of computers, office applications, and accounting software.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operate plant centrifuge and rotary drying processes to support quality and quantity objectives while maintaining a safe environment.
• Read batch cards, work orders, recipes, and formulas to determine drying times and temperatures.
• Weigh and load prescribed solid, granular, or powdered ingredients into the rotary dryer according to formulation and batch card instructions.
• Start rotary dryers for the specified time.
• Observe gauges, dials, and product characteristics, and adjust controls to maintain appropriate temperature and ingredient flow within prescribed limits.
• Operate production equipment and maintain manufacturing-process documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Maintain clean manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials.
