About The Position

The Durarome Sift Operator performs routine procedures according to written work instructions to complete manufacturing processes. The role operates production and sifting equipment, maintains manufacturing-process documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards, and keeps manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials clean. The operator is responsible for plant sifting operations that meet quality, quantity, and safety objectives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot, anticipate, and correct problems associated with plant operations.
• Knowledge of computers, office applications, and accounting software.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of SAP.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform plant sifting operations to support quality and quantity objectives while maintaining a safe environment.
• Read batch cards, work orders, recipes, or formulas and operate sifting equipment according to specifications.
• Draw product samples for laboratory analysis when needed.
• Listen for malfunction alarms, shut down equipment, and notify supervisors when necessary.
• Record production information and data, including processing steps, product characteristics, and batches processed.
• Maintain manufacturing-process documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
• Maintain clean manufacturing areas, equipment, and materials.
