About The Position

The Dual Rate Table Games Floor Supervisor supports daily Table Games operations by guiding Dealers, ensuring compliance, and delivering an excellent Guest experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Table Games experience required.
• Knowledge of table games rules, player tracking, and internal controls.
• Flexible availability based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Table Games Dealers.
• Monitor gameplay, player activity, and table inventories.
• Issue and inspect cards and dice, and oversee fills and credits.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and safety standards.
• Resolve Guest concerns and maintain a positive gaming environment.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Communicate with leadership to support smooth floor operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
