About The Position

Covenant Aviation Security (CAS) is seeking a Dual Function Security Supervisor to support security operations at Milwaukee-Mitchell International Airport (MKE). The position provides operational flexibility: employees may be assigned Security Supervisor duties, Security Officer duties, or a combination, depending on operational needs. The applicable hourly rate is paid for the role performed during the assigned hours. As a Security Supervisor, the employee provides frontline leadership, supports personnel, responds to incidents, and helps ensure compliance with TSA regulations, airport requirements, client standards, and company policies. As a Security Officer, the employee performs security duties such as access control, credential verification, inspections, patrols, and monitoring restricted areas. This is a variable-hour position. Scheduled hours, shifts, posts, and assignments may vary according to staffing levels, employee leave, open posts, and other operational requirements. Broad availability and flexibility are essential; availability across days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays is strongly preferred. CAS provides security and screening services for airports, airlines, and government agencies across the United States. The position offers starting hourly rates of $21.00 for Security Officer duties and $24.00 for Security Supervisor duties. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, paid time off, company-paid life insurance, voluntary supplemental life insurance, an employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts, company-furnished uniforms where applicable, and paid training and professional development. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and plan provisions and may be modified at the Company's discretion.
