About The Position
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced DSPs to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have openings for Community Participation Support (CPS) and Overnight DSP roles. Join our team and help adults with disabilities live fulfilling, connected lives in their community!
Requirements
- Previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience is required
- Valid Driver's License is required
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a residential setting is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support community integration and participation
- Implement individualized support plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of individuals served
- Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping as needed
