About The Position

This course, Droit de l’entreprise I : Formes juridiques de l’entreprise (DRC2501, Section CC00), is a lecture-based course for the 2027 Winter Semester within the Civil Law Section of the Faculty of Law. The course will cover the notion of enterprise and its implications under the Civil Code of Quebec, legal advertising of businesses, legal personality, and various legal forms of business organization including sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations, cooperatives, non-profit organizations, and trusts. It will also provide an overview of the rules governing the creation, management, liability, and dissolution of businesses.

Responsibilities
