About The Position

The DriveUp&Go Supervisor leads the online order selection process to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. The role trains shoppers on Drive Up & Go equipment, proper selection of perishable items, customer service, and company procedures and guidelines. It supervises and coaches employees, supports effective department operations, monitors shopper productivity and order fulfillment, and provides timely reporting to Store Management to support proactive decisions and continuous improvement. The supervisor also selects and assembles online grocery orders, checks perishables and bagging, completes daily workbench functions and paperwork, conducts shopper audits, assists customers on the sales floor, and ensures department personnel comply with company rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Drive Up & Go team.
• Train shoppers on Drive Up & Go equipment, proper shopping of perishable items, customer service, and company procedures and guidelines.
• Assist e-commerce shoppers with proper substitutions, problem handling, and customer questions.
• Support Store Management in managing and coaching Drive Up & Go employees.
• Manage shopper productivity, out-of-stocks, on-time filling, and the speed with which orders reach customers’ cars.
• Provide timely reports and information to Store Management to support proactive decision-making and continuous process improvement.
• Select and collate products for online grocery orders.
• Check perishable products for pull dates, quality, proper temperature, and appropriate bagging to prevent damage in transit.
• Perform daily site workbench functions and maintain necessary paperwork.
• Conduct periodic shopper audits to ensure procedures are followed.
• Help customers on the sales floor.
• Ensure department personnel comply with company rules and regulations.
