DriveUp&Go Supervisor
About The Position
The DriveUp&Go Supervisor leads the online grocery order selection process to support on-time and accurate order execution. The role trains shoppers on equipment, proper selection of perishable items, customer service, and company procedures. It supervises and coaches Drive Up & Go employees, monitors shopper productivity and order fulfillment, and provides reporting to Store Management to support proactive decisions and continuous improvement. The supervisor selects and collates products for online orders, checks perishable items for quality, pull dates and temperature, and ensures orders are bagged to prevent damage in transit. The role also performs daily site workbench functions, maintains paperwork, audits shopper compliance with procedures, assists customers on the sales floor, and ensures department personnel comply with company rules and regulations. The position requires frequent standing and movement, the ability to lift and maneuver objects up to approximately 50 pounds, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move rapidly for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and maneuver objects of various dimensions and weights up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Analytical ability to handle administrative duties and mental alertness to complete work accurately, safely, and thoroughly.
- Ability to concentrate and deal with frequent interruptions.
- Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise the team of Drive Up & Go employees.
- Assist e-commerce shoppers with substitutions, problems, and customer questions.
- Support Store Management in managing and coaching Drive Up & Go employees.
- Manage shopper productivity, out-of-stocks, on-time fulfillment, and the speed of delivering orders to customers’ cars.
- Provide timely reporting and information to Store Management to support proactive decision-making and continuous process improvement.
- Select and collate products for online grocery orders.
- Check perishable products for pull dates, quality, and proper temperature, and ensure items are properly bagged to prevent damage in transit.
- Perform daily site workbench functions and maintain necessary paperwork.
- Conduct periodic shopper audits to ensure procedures are followed.
- Help customers on the sales floor.
- Ensure department personnel comply with Company rules and regulations.
- Train shoppers on Drive Up & Go equipment, proper selection of perishable items, customer service, and company procedures and guidelines.
