About The Position

The DriveUp&Go Supervisor leads the online order selection process to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time. The supervisor trains shoppers on Drive Up & Go equipment, proper selection of perishable items, customer service, and company procedures and guidelines. The role supports Store Management by supervising, coaching, and managing Drive Up & Go employees and providing timely reporting to support proactive decisions and continuous process improvement. It also involves selecting and gathering products for online grocery orders, assisting customers, checking perishables and packaging, maintaining required paperwork, and ensuring department compliance with company rules and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Supervise the team of Drive Up & Go employees.
Train shoppers on Drive Up & Go equipment, proper shopping of perishable items, customer service, and company procedures and guidelines.
Assist e-commerce shoppers with substitutions, problems, and customer questions.
Support Store Management in managing and coaching Drive Up & Go employees.
Manage shopper productivity, out-of-stocks, on-time filling, and the speed of delivering orders to customers’ cars.
Provide timely reporting and information to Store Management to support proactive decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Select and collate products for online grocery orders.
Check perishable products for pull dates, quality, proper temperature, and appropriate bagging to prevent damage in transit.
Perform daily site workbench functions and maintain necessary paperwork.
Conduct periodic shopper audits to ensure procedures are followed.
Help customers on the sales floor.
Ensure department personnel comply with company rules and regulations.
