About The Position

Responsible for leading the Drive Up & Go online selection process to ensure on-time and accurate order execution. The supervisor trains shoppers on Drive Up & Go equipment, proper selection of perishable items, customer service, and company procedures and guidelines. The role supports Store Management in managing and coaching employees, oversees shopper productivity and order fulfillment, and helps ensure customers have a positive Albertsons.com experience.

Analytical ability to handle administrative duties and mental alertness to complete work accurately, safely, and thoroughly.
Ability to concentrate and deal with frequent interruptions.
Willingness to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Good understanding of customer satisfaction, with the goal of creating a wonderful experience for the Albertsons.com customer.

Responsibilities

Supervise the team of Drive Up & Go employees.
Train shoppers on Drive Up & Go equipment, proper shopping of perishable items, customer service, and company procedures and guidelines.
Assist e-commerce shoppers with substitutions, problems, and customer questions.
Support Store Management in managing and coaching Drive Up & Go employees.
Manage shopper productivity, out-of-stocks, on-time filling, and the speed of order delivery to customers’ cars.
Provide timely reporting and information to Store Management to support proactive decisions and continuous process improvement.
Select and collate products for online grocery orders.
Check perishable products for pull dates, quality, proper temperatures, and appropriate bagging to prevent damage in transit.
Perform daily site workbench functions and maintain necessary paperwork.
Conduct periodic shopper audits to ensure procedural follow-through.
Help customers on the sales floor.
Ensure department personnel comply with company rules and regulations.
