About The Position

Imperial Brady is seeking a Delivery Driver Non-CDL to make accurate, timely deliveries while maintaining safety and customer service standards. The role transports products to customers on assigned routes and supports warehouse operations, including preparing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and managing inventory. It requires regular company driving and the ability to work in the warehouse when needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a route driver operating a straight truck, box truck, or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving history.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and pass a road test.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for transportation systems, dispatch applications, or data entry.
• Basic math skills to verify orders or reconcile delivery documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and work overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push or pull 100 pounds; regularly sit in and drive a truck; and frequently walk, climb, kneel, stoop, and balance.
• Ability to work inside the warehouse when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior forklift certification, or ability to obtain certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck or box truck to transport products to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Learn and optimize routes, ensure orders are fulfilled correctly, and maintain delivery documentation, including BOLs, manifests, packing slips, and HazMat summaries.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections, report issues promptly, and keep the assigned vehicle clean inside and out.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, and company policies, complete required safety training, and handle HazMat materials properly.
• Wear required company apparel, maintain a neat appearance, and communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and management.
• Take ownership of customer needs and provide a high level of customer service.
• Prepare orders, load and unload trucks, stock inventory, and perform general warehouse tasks as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
