About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring full-time and part-time Drivers at its Fort Wayne, Indiana location. The position pays $13 per hour. Drivers transport fleet cars and vans between rental locations and may also transport customers, employees, or vendors to appropriate destinations. The role involves safe, timely, courteous service, following written directions, and completing related vehicle and paperwork tasks. The schedule is described as consistent and weekly. Listed hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with Sunday 8:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.; Sunday and Saturday shifts are indicated as occurring once a month. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record, with no more than two at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past two years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.

Responsibilities

Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, navigating written directions.
Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed while following all rules of the road.
Deliver customers and vehicles safely and courteously to the appropriate destinations.
Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone when needed.
Clean vehicles when asked.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
