About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a part-time Lot Driver at Fort Wayne Airport. The role pays $14 per hour and involves moving and positioning rental vehicles between designated locations for servicing, transport, and rental. Drivers help ensure vehicles are ready for customers in accordance with company quality standards. This is a local, non-CDL driving position that offers the opportunity to drive multiple new-model cars. Available schedules are Monday and Tuesday from 2:30 p.m. to midnight and Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to midnight, or Thursday and Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The position is located at 3829 W Ferguson Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46809.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past two years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations.
Drive vehicles from the return location to the cleaning or servicing location.
Drive serviced vehicles from the cleaning location to the ready line and park them for easy customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
