About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Part-Time Lot Driver at Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport in Roanoke, Virginia. This is a non-CDL local driving position focused on moving and positioning vehicles between designated locations for servicing, transport, and rental. The role helps ensure vehicles are ready for customers according to company quality standards. Starting pay is $15 per hour. Multiple schedules are available. The Lot Driver transports and shuttles rental vehicles around and between the airport locations of National/Alamo and Enterprise. Duties include moving vehicles between return, cleaning, servicing, and ready-line areas; delivering vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property when directed; and accompanying or following other drivers for vehicle pickups and drop-offs. The position may involve communicating by two-way radio or cellular phone and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years; points on the driving record cannot exceed eight.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related driving violation, such as DUI or DWI, in the past three years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise airport locations.
Drive vehicles from return locations to cleaning or servicing locations.
Move serviced vehicles from cleaning locations to ready-line locations and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
