About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a responsible, dedicated Part-Time Lot Driver at Roanoke-Blacksburg Regional Airport in Roanoke, Virginia. This non-CDL local driving position involves moving and positioning rental vehicles between designated locations for servicing, transport, and rental readiness. The role focuses on ensuring vehicles are ready for customers in accordance with company quality standards. The starting pay is $15 per hour, and multiple schedules are available.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past three years; driving-record points cannot exceed eight.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related driving violation, such as DUI or DWI, in the past three years.
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.
Have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the airport.
Drive returned vehicles to cleaning or servicing locations.
Move serviced vehicles to the ready line and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
