About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a full-time Lot Driver for its National/Alamo operation at Springfield Airport. This non-CDL local driving position involves moving and positioning rental vehicles between airport properties and designated areas for servicing, transport, and rental. The driver helps ensure vehicles are ready for customers in accordance with quality standards and may drive a variety of new-model cars, as well as vans and trucks. The position pays from $15.00 per hour and offers a consistent 40-hour weekly schedule. Available schedules are Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.; or Sunday, Monday, Thursday, and Friday, 10:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related convictions on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work-authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the airport.
Drive vehicles from the return location to the cleaning or servicing location.
Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exteriors, including vehicles of different sizes, vans, and trucks, before taking them through an automated car wash.
Drive serviced vehicles from the cleaning location to the ready line and park them for customer access.
Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management.
Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off airport property as directed by management.
Ride with or follow other drivers to drop off or pick up vehicles.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
