About The Position

Timber Ridge at Talus is recruiting a hospitality-focused Driver. The position transports residents to grocery stores, monthly outings, and scheduled extended trips, and assists with housekeeping duties as required. The Driver also supports a culture in which business decisions and employee engagement contribute to revenue and occupancy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least six months of experience as a bus or van driver.
• Valid Washington State driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive a van, bus, or automobile on a regular schedule to meet resident needs.
• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment or Life Enrichment Coordinator with helping residents on and off the bus or van, tracking attendance, and coordinating equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, and canes.
• Load groceries and other purchased items into the bus or van.
• Schedule and coordinate routine vehicle maintenance.
• Clean and wash the vehicle.
• Perform housekeeping functions as directed.
• Support a culture in which business decisions and individual employee engagement help drive revenue and occupancy.
