Senior Living Bus Driver
About The Position
Silvercreek on Main, a Silvercrest Community in Maple Grove, Minnesota, is seeking a bus driver to transport residents safely and comfortably. The role focuses on supporting residents’ independence, creating connections, and helping them enjoy outings and other destinations. This is a part-time, casual on-call position providing coverage for vacations and special events. Pay is $18–$21 per hour, with credit given for experience. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis; applicants should complete the required questionnaire. Applicants must be able to produce a negative drug test and may be subject to a background check. Requirements
- 1–2 years of previous transportation services experience.
- Valid Minnesota driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Required CDL endorsement and DOT physical.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to produce a negative drug test.

Responsibilities
- Ensure residents’ safety and comfort during transportation while following state laws and Silvercrest Bus Policies.
- Assist residents on and off the bus at the community and destination.
- Collaborate with activities staff to facilitate outings and provide residents with an enjoyable experience outside the community.
- Perform the essential functions of the position and other duties that may be assigned.
