About The Position

Communicates with company driver applicants through all stages of the onboarding process to recruit, select, and hire qualified individuals for employment with Day & Ross or any of its subsidiaries.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Computer literacy and Microsoft Office Products proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of the transportation industry, DOT Regulations and Federal Regulations pertaining to hiring practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the Tenstreet Application Management System is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify candidates for various driving roles nationwide
  • Reach out to candidates via emails, phone calls, and text messaging to engage drivers.
  • Clearly communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and become the conduit between quality driver candidates and operational needs.
  • Update our ATS (Tenstreet) to reflect current candidate information, including notes, interviews and all data received from 3rd party records. (MVR, Background Information, etc.)
