About The Position

We are seeking a Driver Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting prospective new hires by sharing pertinent information about the job and following up with leads daily. You will make and take high volumes of calls, utilize applicant tracking software, and screen/prequalify applicants. The goal is to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and quotas, including the number of hires, weekly talk time, and number of calls.

Requirements

• Knowledge of DOT requirements, company policies, and FMCSA codes.
• Organization and time management skills required.
• Must be able to follow directions closely and pay close attention to detail.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to work with a team.
• Must be highly adaptable.
