About The Position

Hirschbach is seeking passionate, people-focused Driver Recruiters to join their team. In this role, you will be the first connection to a driver's success story, helping them start their journey across the nation, settle into a regional route, or stay close to home. You will be the energy behind every phone call and connection, actively seeking out and managing driver leads, showcasing Hirschbach's offerings, and ensuring trucks stay on the road by meeting hiring goals. You will also represent Hirschbach at driver events and build lasting relationships. Behind the scenes, you will manage reports, verify qualifications, track hiring trends, and ensure compliance with DOT and company standards, playing a significant role in building the company's driving force nationwide.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent in education, paired with one or more years of previous sales or high-volume recruiting experience
  • Ability to handle high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls, chat, messages to and from truck drivers
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, record-keeping, and follow-up skills
  • Willing to work under tight deadlines and maintain exceptional judgment and discretion regarding sensitive matters
  • Computer proficiency and ability to navigate between multiple programs
  • A natural communicator and connector
  • Energized by fast-paced, high-volume recruiting or sales work
  • Flexible, coachable, and ready to travel when opportunity calls
  • Detail-driven, deadline-ready, and resourceful

Responsibilities

  • Actively seeking out and managing driver leads through calls, referrals, online sources, and social media.
  • Showcasing Hirschbach’s unbeatable fleet options, competitive pay, and top-tier benefits.
  • Keeping trucks on the road by hitting hiring goals—and keeping conversations fresh, engaging, and motivating.
  • Representing Hirschbach at driver events as the face of opportunity.
  • Building relationships that last—whether a driver’s ready today, or tomorrow.
  • Running reports, verifying qualifications, tracking hiring trends, and keeping everything in line with DOT and company standards.
