About The Position
As a Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from prospective drivers and conducting phone pre-screening for potential candidates. You will also conduct background checks on qualified candidates and must have knowledge of MVR and DAC reports. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in transportation, recruiting, or safety required
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Previous work experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be detail oriented and have a great interpersonal skill
