About The Position

This position manages recruitment and employment processes, supporting multiple hiring managers across various regions. The role involves sourcing, recruiting, and hiring nonexempt and exempt candidates in a high-volume environment. The Driver Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to meet staffing goals and ensure candidate qualifications. They utilize diverse methods to identify candidates, including referrals, networking, job postings, and resume searches. The role also includes engaging in community activities and job fairs to enhance candidate interest and company visibility, managing internal job openings, and facilitating transfer processes. Responsibilities extend to conducting phone screening interviews using behavioral techniques for candidate assessment, referring qualified applicants to hiring managers, coordinating interview feedback, tracking position fill status, resolving hiring barriers, and ensuring accountability for staffing goals.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
5+ years of driver recruiting experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Tenstreet and Workday.
