About The Position

As a Truck Team Member at 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, you’ll provide customer service while helping customers remove unwanted items from their homes and businesses. The role combines customer-facing work with physically active labor, including lifting and loading items, sorting materials for recycling or donation, and cleaning and organizing the truck and job site. Team members work together to complete jobs efficiently and help create a positive, stress-free customer experience. The company describes the role as an opportunity to contribute to waste reduction and grow into other positions, including management.

Requirements

A friendly, helpful attitude and a passion for making customers’ lives easier.
Ability to safely and repeatedly lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a supportive team environment.
At least 21 years of age for commercial insurance eligibility.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, subject to an MVR check covering the past three years.
Punctuality and dependability.
A positive, can-do attitude.
