About The Position

1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring Service Drivers to provide junk removal services and exceptional customer experiences. Drivers start each shift with their team and complete service routes in the company’s blue trucks. The role combines driving, customer service, sales, and physical labor. Drivers help customers, pursue sales and KPI goals, and route items through recycling, donation, and waste management channels.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the last three years.
• Positive, friendly demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with KPI metrics and revenue sales goals.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Start shifts with fellow drivers and complete the day's service routes.
• Drive company trucks to visit customers and provide junk removal services.
• Use sales skills to enhance customer experiences and achieve sales and KPI goals.
• Dispose of items through recycling, donation, and waste management channels.
• Build strong client relationships, provide exceptional service, and identify sales opportunities.
