About The Position

Circuit is hiring a Driver Ambassador to operate electric shuttles within a mapped service area and help passengers travel safely around the community. The role combines driving with community engagement: welcoming riders, sharing local information and recommendations, and creating an enjoyable passenger experience. Drivers operate GEMS, sedans, and vans, and keep vehicles clean through pre- and post-trip inspections. The listed part-time schedule is Wednesday 2:00 p.m.–8:30 p.m., Friday 5:45 a.m.–9:45 a.m., and Saturday–Sunday 6:45 a.m.–10:45 a.m.; days off are Tuesday and Thursday.

Requirements

At least 3 years of safe driving experience.
A valid driver's license.
A passion for customer service and enthusiasm for showcasing the community.
Ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to comply with vehicle weight and height requirements set by the manufacturer.

Nice To Haves

A chauffeur's license or commercial driving experience.
A CDL or experience operating ADA vehicles.
Availability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

Provide transportation around the community so locals and tourists can reach their destinations safely.
Welcome passengers and create an enjoyable riding experience.
Provide safe, efficient, and engaging rides while maintaining excellent customer service.
Drive electric vehicles, including GEMS, sedans, and vans, some of which may not have power steering.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Share fun facts, local hotspots, and hidden gems with passengers.
