About The Position

As a Driver Ambassador, you will drive electric shuttles within a mapped-out service area and provide safe, convenient transportation for locals and tourists. You will also serve as a community ambassador by welcoming passengers, sharing fun facts, and highlighting local attractions and hidden gems. The role focuses on providing an enjoyable ride and excellent customer service while operating a variety of electric vehicles, including GEMS, sedans, and vans. Some vehicles may not have power steering. You will maintain vehicle cleanliness through pre- and post-trip inspections.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of safe driving experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
• A passion for customer service and enthusiasm for showcasing the community.
• Ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Comfort working in different weather conditions, including during summer months.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to comply with vehicle weight and height requirements specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Nice To Haves

• A chauffeur’s license or experience driving commercially.
