About The Position

Circuit is seeking a Driver Ambassador to operate electric shuttles within a mapped service area in Fort Lauderdale. The role combines safe transportation with customer service and community engagement: welcoming passengers, sharing local information, and helping locals and tourists reach their destinations. Drivers operate a variety of electric vehicles and perform pre- and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle cleanliness.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of safe driving experience and a valid driver’s license.
• Passion for customer service and enthusiasm for showcasing the community.
• Ability to use technology such as an iPhone, GPS, and other applications.
• Ability to obtain a Broward chauffeur’s license.
• Comfort working in different weather conditions, including summer and winter months.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to comply with vehicle weight and height requirements specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Nice To Haves

• A chauffeur’s license or commercial driving experience.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transportation around the community for locals and tourists.
• Welcome passengers and create an enjoyable riding experience.
• Deliver safe, efficient rides and excellent customer service.
• Drive electric GEMS, sedans, and vans, including vehicles with or without power steering.
• Perform pre- and post-vehicle inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Share community information, local hotspots, and points of interest with passengers.
