About The Position

Goodwill Manasota is hiring a full-time Donation Center Attendant. The role involves greeting donors, providing customer service, unloading and sorting donations, preparing items for store distribution, and helping load trucks when needed. The position requires regular physical activity, including working on your feet and moving items weighing up to 40 pounds. Full-time Team Members can expect a consistent 40-hour work week.

Requirements

• Friendly and reliable, with great customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to regularly lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 40 pounds without support.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and provide excellent customer service.
