About The Position

The Donation Center Attendant greets donors at the donation door, unloads donations from vehicles, and offers tax receipts. The role reports an accurate daily donor count, sorts donations into categories for transport to stores, and assists the transportation team with loading trucks when necessary. The position involves varied activity and interaction with donors.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be able to regularly lift, push, pull, carry, or otherwise move up to 40 pounds without support.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment preferred.
