About The Position

The Donation Center Associate supports the store management team in meeting operational goals by working in various capacities at a retail donation location. As a Donation Door Attendant, the associate accepts customer donations, keeps the donation area clean, sorts and distributes products, maintains an organized backroom, and loads or unloads trucks as needed. The role uses heavy equipment, including a pallet jack, double stacker, floor scrubber, and hydraulic lift. As a Textiles or Wares Producer, the associate sorts merchandise for quality and value, cleans items as needed, and prepares textiles or wares by tagging and hanging them. This work occasionally uses a pallet jack and regularly uses a conveyor belt. As an eCommerce Producer, the associate identifies valuable merchandise for ClickGoodwill, monitors market values using eBay and other internet shopping sites, tags and itemizes items, secures them in totes, and informs the team about high-value items. The associate also packs curated products onto pallets, wraps and ships totes, and works toward store tote-shipping budget targets. As an e-Books Producer, the associate scans books and determines whether they should be sent to ClickGoodwill or displayed in the store, prints inventory sheets, packs and ships totes, identifies top sellers, and maintains an organized, sales-effective in-store display. The position requires physical work that may involve more than eight hours of sitting, standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and crouching; handling products and machinery; and moving or lifting 10–50 pounds.
