About The Position

Lift, Inc. is hiring a full-time Dock and Door Technician serving customer locations in and around Allentown, Pennsylvania. The role involves hands-on field work diagnosing dock and door issues, making safe and efficient repairs, and completing preventive maintenance. The technician also manages parts and inventory, maintains a company van, and tests and documents completed work. The position offers hourly pay, company-provided equipment and travel support, and benefits. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Have a high school diploma, GED, or technical degree.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience repairing loading docks and doors.
• Strong critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites in and around Allentown, PA.
• Diagnose dock and door issues.
• Perform safe and efficient repairs.
