Dock & Door Technician
About The Position
Field service technicians maintain commercial overhead doors and loading dock equipment in Seattle. The work includes full-service preventative maintenance and repairs. The role offers a take-home company truck, comprehensive benefits, ongoing OEM training, steady year-round overtime, and a quarterly bonus program tied to factors under the employee’s control, including productivity, safety, and work practices. The day shift is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The schedule is approximately 50 hours per week, with overtime paid at time and a half. Employees may volunteer for on-call work on weekends and holidays; Sundays and holidays worked are paid at double time.
