BAYADA Home Health Care is actively seeking a Division Director of Habilitation to lead office directors within our Habilitation (I/DD) practice across the state of Missouri. This role requires the ability to travel 50-60% of the time to Habilitation offices in Missouri and the individual must be located in Missouri. The Division Director will demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way, developing a working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies, and procedures. They will provide oversight and support to assigned service offices, including direct supervision of Directors, Director Interns, or Service Directors. A key responsibility is ensuring that offices' actions and communications demonstrate that “The Client Comes First” and proactively managing client and customer concerns. The role involves overseeing and participating in recruiting, selecting, and developing high-potential employees within the division, as well as educating, mentoring, and coaching various leadership roles within the organization, delivering honest and timely feedback. The Division Director ensures appropriate clinical and management coverage for each office, directs and supports offices to achieve customer service, quality growth, and financial stability goals, and oversees the development of quarterly recruiting, marketing, and budgeting plans. They will hold Directors accountable for meeting established goals and assure that all lines of service and markets are served appropriately. Understanding the competition and market, assuming responsibility for the quality of care provided by all offices in the division, and developing and monitoring processes to ensure ethical, legal, safe, and compliant operations are crucial. The role includes communicating office/provider-specific performance issues to the Governing body and ensuring corrective actions are implemented. Identifying new business opportunities, supporting offices with the analysis of potential acquisitions and new lines of business, and identifying industry trends are also key functions. The Division Director will lead through strong communication, share ideas with field and support offices, and develop long-term trusting relationships with clients, the community, employees, support, and other service offices. They must demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions and perform related duties as required or requested by their supervisor.
