Requirements

  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience in a fast-paced business office
  • Experience managing multiple phone line switchboard with incoming calls for multiple locations within different states and time zones
  • Demonstrated experience in Excel and other MS Office products

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in HR, A/P or Purchasing activities

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong and trusting relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Serve as the point of contact at the Marseilles business and production offices for all administrative tasks.
  • Answer and properly route phone calls for multiple locations.
  • Assist with purchasing activities, including travel management.
  • Assist the HR department with organization and execution of teammate events.
  • Prepare communication pieces for multiple locations and basic HR functions to support the HR team.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Properly administrate visitors access.
  • Manage location meetings and activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
