About The Position

The District Service Manager manages valet trash service operations at assigned properties. The role is full-time and offers annual compensation of $50,000, with a vehicle allowance or company truck. Work is independent and active, with time split between working from home and in the field or community properties. Service days are Sunday through Thursday. The schedule may include split shifts with morning or early-afternoon and evening hours, depending on operational needs and team performance. The position may require schedule flexibility or being on call during irregular business hours. The role includes paid training and opportunities for advancement within a rapidly growing company.

Requirements

Reliable transportation if a company vehicle is not provided; a vehicle allowance is provided.
A smartphone.
Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds.
Willingness to submit to a background check.
A clean driving record that can be maintained.
Flexibility to adjust the work schedule and/or be on call during irregular business hours.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Customer service and prior people management experience.

Responsibilities

Manage valet service operations at assigned locations.
Build and maintain positive relationships with Greenway Waste customers and employees.
Maintain open communication with management and employees.
Fuel and maintain vehicles.
Schedule valet porters and provide coverage as necessary.
Assemble, deliver, label, and maintain trash receptacles.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Deliver violations, conduct trainings, and administer progressive discipline.
Collect trash bags and recycling door-to-door within local apartment communities and transfer them to the onsite trash compactor.
Lead effective teams and hold others accountable.
