As a District Sales Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships with System Integrators and local Dealers within an assigned District. Your primary responsibility is to grow our share of wallet within the Intrusion Alarm and Access Control product portfolio and achieve a sales quota and assigned account objectives for local, national, and/or global partners of Radionix (a Keenfinity Group company). You will promote the Intrusion and Access Control portfolios of Radionix/Bosch products, ensuring customer needs and expectations are clearly defined and met. This role involves establishing productive, professional relationships within the branch networks of our Accounts, calling on and supporting Account Managers, Operations Managers, and equivalents within an assigned region, as well as establishing and supporting Design Engineers within an assigned District and/or Region. You will meet assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives, utilize the CRM tool daily to update key contacts, call and travel schedules, customer engagement, pipeline, opportunities, next steps, and required resources. Additionally, you will develop and manage the project pipeline to drive incremental revenue in the region, attend regional roadshows, industry, and trade association meetings to support sales activities, and provide feedback on product requirements, market trends, and end-user feedback to internal stakeholders. Collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders, including management, sales (direct and manufacturer’s representatives), business development, technical support, and customer service, are crucial to achieving account objectives and ensuring customer expectations are met. You will also partner and collaborate with Key Account Managers and Enterprise Account Managers to achieve identified objectives within Strategic Accounts in an assigned Region, and engage and work collaboratively with business partners such as Genetec and Brivo to drive new sales opportunities across the district.
