About The Position

Asahi Beer USA is seeking a proven sales leader to join their team as a Region Manager for Southern California. This role involves leading a regional sales team, managing the P&L for the region, and driving the availability, visibility, and velocity of Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori. The Region Manager will be responsible for executing Annual Business Plans with distributor partners, developing their team's skills and careers, and managing a multi-brand portfolio to achieve volumetric and financial results. This is a leadership position for an experienced individual ready to contribute to a growing brand.

Requirements

  • A demonstrated track record of growing brands and delivering results in a regional sales leadership role
  • Experience managing and developing field sales teams
  • Strong distributor relationship management and Annual Business Plan execution experience
  • Deep fluency in the U.S. three-tier system and off-premise retail landscape
  • Experience managing multiple brands across beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol
  • High personal accountability and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Someone who leads from the front — not from a spreadsheet
