District Representative

About The Position

ChampionX, now part of SLB, has immediate and future needs for a District Representative located in Greeley, Colorado. The role works with current and prospective customers to understand their business needs, recommend continuous improvement plans, and maintain and grow sales in an assigned territory. It also provides technical customer support and helps ensure customer operations perform at optimal levels. The position may require travel within the assigned sales territory. The role is safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. Employment will begin with ChampionX and transition to SLB as part of the planned integration.

Requirements

At least 2 years of industry sales experience.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 pounds at chest height.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or Life Sciences (such as Biology or Chemistry).
At least 3 years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience.
At least 3 years of experience directly related to well service stimulation business.

Responsibilities

Work with current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement plans to maintain and grow sales within the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at current and prospective customers.
Generate and execute sales plans for the assigned customer base and new customer accounts.
Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving customer complaints.
Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to help ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
Travel within the assigned sales territory as needed.
