About The Position

ChampionX, now part of SLB, is hiring a District Representative in Greeley, Colorado, to work with current and prospective customers in an assigned territory. The role focuses on understanding customer business needs, recommending continuous improvements, growing sales, providing technical support, and helping ensure customer operations perform at optimal levels. The position may involve travel within the assigned sales territory and is designated safety-sensitive. The stated pay rate is $25–$30 per hour. If selected, employment will begin with ChampionX and transition to SLB as part of the planned integration.

Requirements

At least 2 years of industry sales experience.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 55 pounds at chest height.
This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or Life Sciences (such as Biology or Chemistry).
At least 3 years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience.
At least 3 years of experience directly related to the well service stimulation business.

Responsibilities

Work with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement plans that maintain and grow sales in the assigned territory.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at current and prospective customers.
Generate and execute sales plans for the assigned customer base and new customer accounts.
Provide technical support to customers and identify and resolve customer complaints.
Perform system analysis, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to help ensure customer operations perform at optimal levels.
Travel within the assigned sales territory as needed.
