About The Position

The District Manager oversees daily route operations, delivery performance, customer service, and service team members to ensure efficient, high-quality service. The role reports directly to the Service Manager. The District Manager manages route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution, leads and develops route drivers and service team members, addresses escalated customer concerns, and ensures compliance with safety policies, applicable DOT regulations, and operational procedures. The role involves frequent travel within the branch area to customer sites and work in customer locations and industrial laundry, Service Center, or depot loading areas.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in route operations, delivery management, transportation, service management, or logistics leadership.
At least 1 year of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
Valid driver's license and a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding, safety, or other violations.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and types of products, and to count, add, and subtract accurately.
Ability to meet the stated physical demands, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
