About The Position
Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking an experienced, people-focused District Manager to oversee security operations across multiple locations in the Texas Panhandle region. The role is responsible for operational excellence, employee engagement, client satisfaction, compliance, and account performance. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who develops teams, builds strong client partnerships, and fosters a positive work environment that supports retention and operational success. The District Manager leads multiple security operations, supervises and develops Account Managers and site leadership teams, and partners with operational leadership to achieve business objectives and service excellence. The position includes conducting site visits, monitoring performance, ensuring staffing and compliance, addressing escalated concerns, and supporting employee development and retention. Requirements
- At least 3 years of management experience with direct reports.
- Previous experience within the security industry.
- Demonstrated success leading teams in a multi-site or multi-location environment.
- Strong employee relations, coaching, and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for multiple security operations within an assigned district.
- Supervise and develop Account Managers and site leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct coaching, performance management, and employee development activities.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and succession planning efforts.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and assist with workforce planning.
- Review incident reports, operational metrics, and account performance results.
- Conduct regular site visits and maintain visibility with employees and customers.
- Lead training initiatives focused on compliance, safety, and professional development.
- Address escalated employee and client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Partner with operational leadership to achieve business objectives and service excellence.
