Distribution Technician - Lewis Center, OH
About The Position
Avery Dennison is hiring a detail-oriented Distribution Technician to help ensure customers receive high-quality products on time. The role involves inspecting, separating, and packaging label products to meet quality standards and customer instructions; checking shipments for printing or lamination errors; using digital tracking systems to log materials; coordinating with couriers; and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while following standard operating procedures and PPE requirements. The position is onsite in Lewis Center, Ohio. The listed starting hiring rate is $17–18 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Close vision and ability to distinguish colors to meet quality specifications.
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Willingness to step outside assigned duties and adapt to changing production priorities.
- Ability to stand for the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, separate, and package label products according to quality standards and customer instructions.
- Identify printing or lamination errors before shipments reach customers.
- Use digital tracking systems to log materials.
- Coordinate with couriers to support on-time deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Follow standard operating procedures and PPE requirements.
